Miyagi Bonsai had a huge variety of amazing bonsai trees. The staff was very helpful with assisting me in choosing a bonsai. As I was on public transport, they offered to package the bonsai into a box with a handle, which was easy to carry and it looked elegant. My Saturday morning at Miyagi Bonsai was such a peaceful and pleasant experience and it looks lovely on my kitchen window seal. I get to enjoy the artistic nature inside my apartment everyday!

Staff at Miyagi Bonsai were all so friendly. I contacted them for advice on our sad looking bonsai tree. They advised on what to do, which saved the tree. I subsequently took the tree for a re-potting service. The tree now looks so amazing. Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They provided further instruction on how to look after my tree. I was lucky to find Miyagi Bonsai to repot my Ficus Bonsai. Very welcoming knowledgeable and experienced staff. They repotted my Bonsai with a lot of care and patience. And at the end they kindly made a nice carrying box for me, which made my travel back to home very easy. What an incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful place. I brought my bonsai in to be repotted. The staff are incredibly friendly, and certainly know their stuff. My tree was re potted within half an hour, and I was given a care leaflet, and loads of advice. Cannot recommend Miyagi Bonsai enough. And I will be going back to buy more of their beautiful trees.
